ABOUT THE GAME
Last HQ: a ruined orphanage
Undead Invasion mixes side-view shooting with tower-defense chores and roguelike picks. You hold a battered orphanage HQ while day-by-day zombie waves get nastier—new types, thicker packs, more pressure on whatever fence you still have standing.
Kills and survived days pay for repairs, traps, stronger guns, and random upgrades that shove each run down a different path. Blow the wallet early and later days feel unfair; hoard forever and the next wave walks through your plywood.
This page embeds the 1Games HTML5 build. There is also a Playground-style sandbox on many hosts so you can test layouts and toys without a death timer breathing down your neck.
HOW IT PLAYS
Shoot the gap, build the choke
- 1
Wave defense with a body on the line
You are not only placing turrets—you move, aim, reload, and kick when something gets inside your personal space. Barricades buy time; your gun still has to finish the job.
- 2
Spend between days
Resources from clears fund fences, traps, weapon unlocks, and upgrades (damage, fire rate, reload, structure HP, economy). Each pick changes how the next day plays—treat it like a build, not a shopping spree.
- 3
Playground vs real runs
Playground lets you mess with unlocked gear and layouts without the orphanage falling. Use it to learn trap spacing, then take that plan into a scored survival run.
WHAT YOU'RE SURVIVING
Days get meaner; builds get weirder
Progress is “one more day” plus a loadout that finally matches the zombie mix. Early walkers teach aiming; later packs punish bad fence lines and empty magazines at the same time.
Because upgrades randomize, two runs rarely want the same spend order. If a day walls you, change the plan—more structure HP, a crowd-control gun, or traps on the lane that always leaks—instead of buying the same shiny rifle again.

SURVIVAL TIPS
Fences first when the leak is structural
- Place for time, not decoration — A choke that slows the horde beats a pretty wall with holes. Watch where they path and stack repair money there.
- Keep a kick for the breach — When something slips past the wood, Space/E clears your face so you can reload. Standing still in a hug stack ends runs.
- Don’t buy every upgrade — Empty pockets before a spike day is a classic wipe. Leave budget for emergency repairs after a bad wave.
- Lab in Playground after a tilt loss — If you keep dying to the same lane, rebuild the layout in Playground, then restart a real run with that blueprint.
FAQ
Is Undead Invasion only a shooter or only tower defense?+
Both. You personally shoot and melee while also placing barricades and traps, then spend resources on roguelike-style upgrades between days.
Can I play free without downloading?+
Yes. It runs in the browser through the embed on this page—no install.
What is Playground mode for?+
A low-pressure sandbox to try weapons, traps, and fence layouts without failing the orphanage run. Learn spacing there, then take the idea into a normal survival attempt.
