escaperoad-3.com is an independent, fan-made website created by people who love the Escape Road series. We are not the official developers, publishers, or rights holders of any Escape Road game. Games are embedded from third-party hosts; their rules, availability, and behavior may change without notice. Everything here is provided “as is” for entertainment. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free play, or that content will remain available.
By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Because this is a small hobby project, continuing to browse or play after we post updates means you accept the latest version of these terms.
Use the site lawfully and kindly. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it in ways that harm performance, probe for vulnerabilities, or misuse embedded games (including cheating in ways that ruin others’ fun on host platforms). We may remove or change pages, games, or links at any time to keep the hub safe and manageable.
How we handle data is explained in our Privacy Policy. In short: we try to collect only what we need to run the site and understand basic usage; we do not sell your personal information.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the operators of escaperoad-3.com are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or third-party games—including lost saves, blocked embeds, device issues, or indirect damages.
